Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at the U of U
Do you know someone who would enjoy joining a learning community of
people 50 and older? The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at the U of
U begins its spring session March 28 at the Commander's House in Ft.
Douglas. The Osher Institute offers daytime, non-credit courses, access
to University museums and facilities, and free parking. Investigate
intellectual topics, creative interests, current events, computers,
wellness and life transitions with distinguished faculty. See
www.continue.utah.edu/osher or call 581-7155 to request a program and
register.
With 82 charter members, the Osher Institute needs 18 new members to meet its goal and qualify for a second year of start-up funding from San Francisco's Bernard Osher Foundation. The Institute's rich array of courses changes each term, so don't let your friends miss out on this spring's incredible schedule of classes and special lectures and seminars. Now is the time to explore.
